Medicaid Waivers (Innovations)

The Innovations Program provides opportunities and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Medicaid Innovations Waiver is endorsed to serve Innovations consumers in the following services:

  • Individual Day Supports
  • Group Day Supports
  • Community Networking
  • Supported Employment
  • Residential Support Services

The Innovations Program provides opportunities and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These individuals must meet specific eligibility criteria in order to be served by the program.

Select MARC members provide day support services to eligible participants. These services are designed to assist the participants with the acquisition, retention, and/or improvement areas such as self-help, socialization, adaptive skills, and prevocational training. Participants in the program are paired with a trainer that assists with meeting their individual goals. Depending upon their needs, participants receive individual (1:1) or group (1:2 or more) Day Support Services.

Innovations Admission Criteria

Individuals must receive Innovations Services and have goals written into their Individualized Support Plan for Day Supports.
